Painter
Experienced and unexperienced painters are both welcomed into our painting crews. Compensation will typically vary based on effectiveness and quality of work produced. You can take advantage of the SWP piece rate system to increase your compensation. Ask your local branch manager for more details. Weather permitting, we run on a 40 hour work week.
Crew Chief Painter
Crew chiefs provide basic team leadership and are the on-the-job supervisors. Compensation is at a higher level than a regular painter. Access to a vehicle and painting experience are critical. Previous experince with Student Works is also preferred. The crew chief represents the main communication channel between the manager and the client.
