Student Works customer process starts the instant you call to book a site visit and estimate.

What to Expect |
- after they call, customers are contacted by an experienced Owner / Operator
- mutually agreeable time is arranged for the site visit
- Student Works guarantees that the Operator be on time or will call if they will be unexpectedly late
- a great deal of time and care goes into viewing site and the work to be done
- the Owner / Operator prepares a written estimate during the site visit. For large projects, an Operator may ask to return to present the customer with the detailed estimate

- after the scope of the work is determined, colours are selected
- weather permitting, work will begin at the designated time
- once work begins, it is completed on consecutive days (unless the customer dictates otherwise)
- daily reviews with the customer make sure the work meets the customers' expectations
- the work site will be cleaned daily, with a complete clean up when the job is done
