Summer Management Program
No matter how many years you are with The Summer Management Program, the program has a large impact on your life. This is not an observer internship where you watch someone work. You are given manageable responsibility and you are in charge.

Over the course of our recruiting season;
- we meet over 7000 applicants in order to fill available territories in Eastern Canada. (Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island)
- we will have 150 people operating next summer
- successful applicants will own and operate a painting business in their summer town
During our intensive program, an owner operator will:
- develop and implement a business plan
- recruit and manage employees
- market and advertise their business
- learn how to run and manage a business
- learn how to control costs and analyze financial statements

The successful applicants' responsibility is to run a business, not to paint. Student Works' provides all the training, support and marketing materials to ensure the success of each business.
