The PreSeason
The preseason is a critical time for you. Your efforts during this period becomes the foundation for your summer success.
Our process provides you with a clear idea of what you need to do each week in the preseason. Average commitment is 15-18 hours per week in the preseason, plus a full week of work during the spring or winter break. |

- receive 250 page manual to prepare for training.
- with aid of General Manager establish business plan (launch business with MAX Planner)
- start implementing The Summer Management Program’s marketing system - plan to exceed area’s sales target
- increase amount booked to $25,000+ in jobs by May 1st
- implement recruiting system with staff (have 2 teams in place)

arrange supplier, vehicle and equipment
We are experts at helping students organize their time such that school is in no way affected. In fact, many students report better grades with the increased organization provided by the Student Works coach. It is around this time that you will pick up flyers, lawn signs, business cards and other advertising materials to market your business. |
